How do I import existing members?

You can easily import your existing congregation data using our CSV import tool. Just download our template, paste your records into the spreadsheet, and upload it in the Members module. Your database will be instantly populated.

Is our church data secure?

Absolutely. We employ bank-level encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and SSL/TLS for data in transit. Furthermore, every church's data is strictly isolated; your records will never intersect with another ministry's database.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Yes! You can adjust your plan at any time from your billing dashboard. If your congregation grows, you can easily upgrade to a higher tier. Upgrades are prorated immediately.

How does the automated SMS feature work?

The SMS feature connects directly with your member database. You can schedule birthday and anniversary messages to send automatically, or blast a bulk message to a specific department instantly. You only pay for the messages you send.
